HEAD KITCHEN MANAGER Honey Butter Fried Chicken is looking for a Head Kitchen Manager to join our growing team in Glencoe! This position is a great way to get to know our food and customers. All qualified applicants will receive consideration. GLENCOE RESTAURANT HOURS Monday - Friday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm Saturday: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm Close the the Metra, free parking available. DETAILS Our Head Kitchen Manager is responsible for maintaining the high standards and quality of food in terms of: overseeing the sourcing of the products, the preparation of all food, execution of food for in-house dining, catering, and events. Runs the daily operation of the kitchen, manages training and development of the culinary staff alongside the General Manager. The Head Kitchen Manager works with the management team in setting the direction of the business in day to day operations. Works with the Admin Team to grow the business, drive sales, manage costs, and motivate staff. This position is full-time, work days/hours will range based on the seasonal needs of the business. This position requires flexible scheduling and includes weekend hours.
